1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Items marked as final sale

Personalized or custom-made products

Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Pickpacklove is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

If your return is rejected (e.g., item not in acceptable condition), we will notify you and may offer to send the item back at your expense.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the preferred product.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us at info@pickpacklove.store within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
